DESCRIPTION :
RCM-9 is a self-recording current meter which records the vector averaged speed and direction over a sampling interval controlled by a crystal clock and the instantaneous values of temperature, conductivity (optional), turbidity and water pressure (optional).

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS :
The instrument consists of a recording unit, which is equiped with a Doppler Current Sensor, a fenwall Thermistor and optionally with an Inductive Cell, a Silicon Piezoresistive Bridge and an Optical Back-Scatter Sensor. The data are stored in EEPROMs. Depth Capability, 2000m
