Objectives :

To study the production in the photic zone and the transformation processes of key biogeochemicals during transfer (WP4).

1) CTD casts (P, T, S, light transimission)
2) Rosette samples (dissolved oxygen, nutrients, CO2, POC, PON, carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, nucleid accids, bacteria production rates, DOC, picoplankton, microzooplankton, phytoplankton)
3) 15N - Production, total and size fractionated pigments, total and size fractionated primary production rate, DMS
4) Mesozooplankton net samples, copepod production, fecal pellets production, copepod gut content
5) Grazing experiment (DOC, bacteria, microzooplankton, phytoplankton)
5) Under water light penetration and spectral irradiance.
