Management of the Project

The project management structure is organized to follow the implementation of the regional and the topical tasks, to review and disseminate the deliverables, to prepare and report the project meetings and to take care of the project promotion, exploitation plan and results dissemination.

The management structure consists of:

1. The co-ordinator (IFREMER/DITI/IDT/SISMER)
2. The Steering Committee
3. The Advisory Group of external assessors
4. Four Regional Co-ordinators
5. Four Topical Co-ordinators
6. Fifteen National Co-ordinators

They have the responsibility of managing the project tasks according to the following scheme:
